Oct 22,2024I wanted a bike but didn’t have my cbt ready. Everyone involved waited patiently for me to pass. My bike was arranged and delivery is due Saturday. No hassle. The verification process is pretty straight forward. And the response was fast. All documentation has been received and the correspondence has been spot on. I have no complaints whatsoever.
