I unfortunately ordered the wrong type of chimes, as I discovered upon opening package. I phoned Wind Chimes immediately explaining my mistake and the lady was very helpful saying that the particular ones I wanted were out of stock. She told me to return my purchase and unfortunately would have to cover postage costs myself. This I did this within the hour and by the end of the day, the costs of the of my Purchase had already been return to my Paypal account. An Email from the Company was also received that day saying that as soon as my Correct Chimes were back in stock, they would inform me. I call that pretty good service indeed

I have to say I was so impressed with this company the delivery was super quick and the wind chime was beautiful. I would highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed and will deffinatly be using again.

I have purchased several chimes from the shop. They are excellent quality+a lovely addition to the garden. I recently purchased one for my friend's birthday which was delayed in the post through no fault of the seller. I contacted them+they did not hesitate to send me another one first class to arrive in time for her birthday for which I am extremely grateful. The other one finally arrived which I have advised them I am going to keep+pay for. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Excellent product, quick service. Although it was described as Woodstock Temple Bells, it was made in China - not what I expected. And I was charged VAT, not applicable in the Channel Islands; in spite of me phoning them to check, it has not been returned.

Linda who I spoke to quite a few time regarding the order of my Corinithian Bells 65 inch wind chimes always had time for me even when i was stressed out. kept me informed along the way. they only took a couple of days to arrive direct from manufacturer in USA. once paid on the friday were with me the following monday. perfect packaging in perfect order and are now indoors on a heavy duty hanging basket bracket 11 inches long which has plenty of space behind to move. In case you are wondering whether to get them or not...just get them. They sound insanely amazing a very clear note beautiful depth and range to them. and the sustain the length of how long each one sounds for is a very long time. perfect to zone out to and bring peace. they will go outside next spring and summertime for all to enjoy. not cheap but you get incredible quality with them. a real investment so so happy with them will bring years of happiness. cant praise them highly enough. just now looking for other ones in the range. thank you again.

I was extremely happy with my Koshi chimes from the Wind Chime Shop. The sound is really lovely, the quality is excellent, fairly quick delivery. Would definitely recommend the Wind Chime Shop, if you are looking for wind chimes look here first, I doubt you would want to go anywhere else, as they have such a varied range.
