Aug 05,2022The item, which is a beautiful tuned windchime, costing £170, had awful packaging. Ripped at one end, tape repaired by the courier company. Thankfully, there was no damage, so no need to initially contact the supplier. Much better protective packaging required.

Aug 03,2022Lovely wind chimes, delivered promptly. They make a very pleasant chiming sound and are perfect for an 8th wedding anniversary gift (bronze). Only downside was I thought they were made of bronze, when in fact they were bronze coloured. More my fault than anything I think.

Emailed company to ask if they could help and received a reply late on Sunday evening to say they would send it in plain wrapper with no ID on it. It arrived on time and was the perfect gift. Excellent service above & beyond what was expected.

Aug 10,2022A nice looking wind chime. Various colours, I went for the green which is perfect in amongst the small trees. Nice design. Nice sound, in between the horrible high chime and the very low chime. Very reasonable price. My wife loves the chime
