Mar 15,2025We cannot recommend this venue too highly. Emma made us very welcome, and it seemed nothing was too much trouble for her. We had three generations of our family to celebrate a significant birthday. (16 of us) Everyone had a wonderful and highly memorable time. We were all delighted with the accommodation, and the spacious layout of the house was perfect for all our needs. The furnishings were excellent, and the kitchen is brilliantly equipped. The swimming pool and “cinema” were very much enjoyed by all. Pre-ordering and delivery of food worked well. We also appreciated the flowers wine and welcome pack. Thank you

Jan 15,2025I organized an extended family gathering at Honeybourne Manor in the Cotswolds after Christmas. It was quite difficult to find a home to rent that would accommodate all the different ages and stages of our family (from 4months to “gently seasoned”) but we were absolutely delighted with this home. The kitchens (there are 2) made cooking for everyone a delight with everything you could possibly need available. The dining room actually accommodates 20 people very comfortably and there were high chairs available. The home is old and comfortable and has just enough quirks to make for charming memories with all the modern amenities (comfortable beds and bedding, clean, fresh bathrooms) to keep everyone comfortable. We made good use of the hot tub and sauna and the lovely grounds that surround the house. Sadly the Tithe Barn was closed during our stay but we took full advantage of the beautiful countryside with lovely walks. The property manager was incredibly helpful and, after I sent a couple of questions, replied promptly with clear answers. I fully recommend The Wow House and Honeybourne Manor.

This year we needed a bigger house for a special occasion and although the first choice was not suitable Wow bent over backwards to find an alternative. From then on all was fantastic and we had a wonderful time . Will certainly use them again

Jan 04,2025We stayed at The Old Rectory in Leek for New Years Eve (with 7 children) and cannot fault our stay! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was so well appointed. Leek itself is a lovely little town that has everything you need and there are some great walks nearby. Emma and David at the Wow House Company were also brilliant and very helpful!

House had absolutely every thing we needed for xmas week, beautifully decorated and with all the little touches like enough loo roll, cling film, bin bags etc. Was also allowed to send deliveries there before I arrived.

Dec 10,2024We recently hired Honeybourne Manor for my husband's 40th birthday and we absolutely loved it. David at The Wow House Company was very easy to communicate with and we even managed to arrive a little early to decorate the house. There was more than enough space for everyone - 18 people in total. We had a wonderful stay and are thinking about coming back again for a family get together next year. We would highly recommend both The Wow House Company and Honeybourne Manor!

Dec 06,2024A fabulous stay and a really ‘Wow’ house. Oak house exceeded our expectations. Fantastic friendly helpful housekeepers! Two fabulous ponies in Masquerade and Tormentor who we enjoyed visiting every day with carrots and apple. We were even visited by snow and a herd of reindeer in the garden, we were just short of a sleigh. The facilities were excellent, we appreciated the space, the excellent aga and kitchen layout as well as the fire with plentiful logs. The hot tub was the icing on the cake, wonderful after a long forest walk! Thank you.

Dec 06,2024Really great Christmas stay. House had everything you needed to prepare a full Christmas dinner. House was nicely decorated. Beautiful views over the harbour. Short walk into the village which had plenty of bars and places to eat and had a lovely Christmas feel. Would definitely stay there again.

Nov 30,2024We have used various holiday companies over the years, most are just online brochures who know little about the properties on their books. We were looking for something a bit special in Cornwall , Wow House had by far the best portfolio (website photos incredible) but when we spoke to them they also knew the properties inside out, Told us what was there for the kids (wet suits, hottub etc,,) , recommended activities, and best beaches and local pubs in Newquay. So much more than just a booking service. Even then the property was beyond their description, easy access to secure parking (a godsend in Newquay) , beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and great view down Fistral beach. Fantastic company with fantastic properties

Nov 29,2024Honeybourne Manor was the perfect house for my daughter’s hen do; it would also be ideal for a large family party. There were 21 of us, and the different bedroom combinations worked perfectly. The house itself had everything we needed, particularly for the private chef we hired for one of the evenings. The hot tub was fab - plenty of towels! The garden was beautiful - great for a yoga session which was the perfect tonic after a late night! We also enjoyed a very competitive game of rounders! Communication from the Wow House Company was excellent; would highly recommend.
