Oct 06,2022I understand that the calls and security questions and 40 seconds are a necessity, but every time I take this class and this is the third time, I have trouble. This is the first time I have taken the course on my cell phone and have the exact same difficulty when trying to call in. *** On the positive side, this is the easiest way to learn something and have some control over my insurance rates. I can't understand why everyone complains about their rates, but doesn't bother to take this class. Boggles the mind!

Alias I was late and disqualified from continuing on. I explained the situation and I was able. To continue. It was great doing this from home instead of driving somewhere with what is going on lately. Very appreciated. Well run, happy to have completed it.
