I ended up learning A LOT about something I thought I had a figured out. On a daily basis I utilize the tools I learned from this course. I think everyone should have to take it, not just people who get tickets.

Your course was much better designed and I didn’t dread doing it at all. I especially liked the 3 kinds of drivers that you zeroed in on.

Sep 29,2022Don't like the timers. System forces you to spend 5-6 hours on a course that you can spend much less time on. I was almost always done reading before the timers ended but had to wait for the timer to end in order to move on. Big waste of time. Very inefficient of my time. Timer is unnecessary. If you want to ensure that people read the material, that's what the quizzes and tests are for. You don't need timers. People are very busy and can't afford to spend 6 hours at a computer when they could finish the course in much less time. GET RID OF THOSE PESKY TIMERS! You have to let people read at their own pace not have a one size fits all. You penalize fast readers for no reason. Also material and video should be more updated, seems very obsolete. On the other hand, it still was more convenient than sitting in a stuffy, boring classroom smelling some instructor's bad coffee breath, and the price was right too.

Sep 29,2022Courses were quick and easy to navigate. The random verification throughout the course was painless. I later had an issue where the state DMV was reporting they did not receive notification of completion. Ticker School representatives assured me that they submitted documentation electronically and I should not have any issues. The day of my road test the DMVs website was still reporting they did not receive it, but when the road test employee called they did verbally confirm having it. I was grateful that Ticket School assured me it was taken care of.

Sep 29,2022The process of calling in for authentication is terrible. I am an able bodied young person and 40 seconds was not enough time if you are somewhere where the call has any trouble going though. If there is any poor phone service where you are you will fail the authenticity and then be threatened to fail the course and have to pay again. I will use a different site in the future.
