horrible, do not order from here they will send the wrong items and make it a nightmare to correct. Order from literally anywhere else online.

Terrible service. I ordered a tie and it never turned up. i have tried to call the company numerous times and no one will help or respond to my query.
They were able to get me my ties in time for my wedding, A+++ company!
This company is either out of business or a front to steal money. I placed an $87 order over two weeks ago and it has not been processed. I have emailed and called and have not received a response. Phone calls go straight to voicemail. A total scam job.
Ties not shipped on schedule provided on their website, and will not arrive in time for the event. I made multiple attempts to contact them via email, chat, and phone. They have never responded.
I returned orders 3415062 and 3415241 that contained an Extra Long Dusty Mint Tie and an Extra Long Ben Aqua Tie, respectively. I purchased both of these for my boyfriend in an effort to find a tie that matched the dress I would be wearing to a wedding with the intention of returning one of both of them, depending on if they matched. I initiated the return request for #3415062 on December 29th, 2021 and mailed the package back immediately. I initiated the return request for #3415241 on December 20, 2021 and held onto it because my boyfriend said it may work, but he would have to wait and see. I flew to the wedding on January 10th, we decided that the Ben Aqua tie did not work and so upon returning to South Carolina I mailed it back. Today is January 21, 2022. I have not received an acknowledgement from your company that I returned the two ties. USPS has informed me that the ties were Delivered In/At Mailbox to the below address: Returns Dept #42705 10372 Stanford Ave Ste P Garden Grove, CA 92840-6355 My refund amount is supposed to be $71.23 ($43.73 for Order #3415062 and $27.50 for Order #3415241). I have called on numerous occasions during business hours and I can provide the phone records that show that your phone lines were not answered during business hours ever. I have tried using your Live Chat feature on your website to no avail. At the end of the business day on Tuesday, January 25th, I will be filing a fraud claim with my bank if there is no response.
I ordered from this company and payed $80 ; it’s in China not USA; got no email receipt thanking me for order or details of purchase and no reply on their help chat screen , which says they respond straight away, tried twice and sent 3 emails with no reply . Hopeless
They gave me a discount on a tie to which I had a personal connection, and though the transaction required personal assistance, they handled it flawlessly. Oh, and they happen to have a great selection of ties that is easily searchable. My first purchase, but likely not my last!
I recently purchased patriotic socks from Ties.com. I was really excited about it but it didn't last long, it took a week to arrive and I couldn't believe my eyes when I looked at the packaging and saw that the socks with the American flag are Made in China. Unbelievable. Everything they sell is not made in the US. It is time to put America first
SCAM, you will get email after email telling you the order has been delayed. Its beyond a joke and these guys got very little money out of me, but I will post this everywhere.
Returned a tie and still awaiting a refund after 20 days. Do not order from this company - thieves. Will be filing a BBB complaint. Stay away!!!!
I returned a tie clip that failed to work. The company received the return but did not apply a credit to my account. I have attempted to contact Ties.com on several occasions, both by phone and the email contact provided. NO response, and no refund. Customer service does not exist if there is a problem.
I gave the tie, that I ordered, as a gift...I have not heard from the recipient yet but my philosophy is "no news is good news!" I liked it but I do not wears ties! I do love the Ties.com website, though. Many tie varieties to choose from and a great selection of accessories as well.
The quality of material and print of the tie is excellent. However, the tie is approximately 1 and a half to two inches too short according to how a tie should be worn and how long the shorter end should extend.
Everything was great! I was a little worried that the colors were going to look a little different from how they were online but it was great! And the fabric is extremely soft as well! 10/10 will buy from again, and I did!
I contacted customer service regarding 4 bow ties and a tie I purchased for a wedding. The bow ties looked like they were made for a child. I knew they were a final sale/no return, and they would have been perfect if they hadn’t been child size so we can’t use them. Customer support said they would get with a supervisor to discuss this and get back with me. Never heard a word....even if the bottom line was to say they wouldn’t do a thing it would have been nice if someone would have responded! Will not purchase anything from this company again.
I received my order of cuff links and ties, I was very pleased. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Nov 21,2024Do not do business with Ties.com, scam company, will keep your money without shipping purchases. Ordered product from this company on 10/31/2024. My card was charged and received a FedEx tracking label creation email on 11/01/2024 for the order. Here now it is 11/20/2024 and the order still has not be received by FedEx to be shipped to my location. emailed and called vender multiple times. No answers to emails, phone calls go directly to voicemail with message that mailbox is full.
