Dec 24,2012Ordered two electronic tie racks from ties.com awhile ago. I loved them, but had an issue with one of them. I emailed them explaining the problem, got a very prompt response and the problem was taken care of to my extreme satisfaction. The person I gave them to as a gift loves these electronic tie racks. They hold alot of ties and take up very little room. I would highly recommend ordering from ties.com

Dec 21,2012I was very pleased with my recent order from ties.com. The product was exactly what I wanted and the quality exceeded my expectations. My tie was delivered on time and packaged in a way that was better than ties I have purchased at department stores. I operate a cab service in a tourist town. My taxis are 1950's style checker marathons and everything about my cabs and this town, Prescott, AZ is totally nostalgic. The skinny tie fits right in with this theme and my uniforms. Dec 20,2012This company is user friendly and very considerate. All I had to do was ask for the type of tie I wanted and up it popped. Ordering was easy and made the purchase easy for a computer illiterate. I thought I would just wait and hope the package would show up, imagine my surprise to find in my e-mail the order receipt but the time and day it was sent. Within days my ties were here. I definitely will use this company again.

Dec 19,2012I bought this tie rack for my boyfriend for Christmas. I think he will really like it! It looks great and not tacky or anything like some of the others I was looking at. It holds up to 21 ties and it looks like it will last a while. Very happy with the product!

Dec 17,2012I was reluctant to order ties online, not being able to see the quality. I was extremely happy to see the quality or such reasonably priced ties. The only issue I had was customer service took a couple days to get back to me when I had problems ordering online but I was able to resolve the issue on my own. Definitely give it a shot.

It was a breeze to place my order, I had multiple delivery options, including "leave without signature" (great option!) and was impressed by the amazing selection. There was a problem with redeeming my promotional code, thought to myself - great this is going to be a hassle. Contacted customer service and receive a very prompt response; my problem was immediately straightened out. Truly exceptional customer service and follow through. Placed my order the next day. My ties were very promptly shipped. I received my order quickly and was very pleased with the product. Extra happy with the selection of extra long (67") ties available for a very reasonable price. I've been surprising my boyfriend with a new tie every so often, and I recently got him some holiday themed ones from Ties.com. The service was excellent, and the ties got here fast for a low rate of shipping. I will definitely be shopping there again when I need more 'surprise ties'.

Dec 27,2012I was looking for ties to buy for my husband, brothers, and dad for Christmas. My littlest brother (11) has always wanted a bow tie, but I could never find any anywhere. Ties.com has SO many bow ties to choose from. His face lit up so bright when I gave him his gift. He loves it. And of course the bigger guys all loved their straight ties as well. So many colors, patterns, and fabrics to choose from. :) Plus, everything arrived faster than I expected.
