May 26,2024What a beautiful discovery this shop was! I was drawn into the shop from the amazing window display. I was quickly helped to find the item I spotted in the window, and then managed to find a couple of colourful tops to match! The ladies were super helpful - even holding on to my purchases until the next day… when I returned to add a stunning dress to my bag of colourful goodies!

May 22,2024My nearest store is in Aldeburgh, they are always lovely, chatty and very helpful. I have also been to the Southwold shop and again, absolutely no faults with the staff or service. The arrangements in the windows draw you in with all the beautiful colours which is equally portrayed within the shop!

May 21,2024I phoned headquarters as I was having a problem trying to order something online. There was a glitch in the system which was showing the correct product but the wrong colour. I was soon put straight by a very friendly and helpful assistant who informed me of the situation and then current stock levels and availability. I was extremely pleased with the service and help I was offered. Well done.

I tried on loads of things & felt very much at ease not pressurised in any way. Love my new outfits ready for the summer 🤣🤣🤣

May 18,2024Always visit Tilley and Grace when we go to Southwold. Usually buy a new bag, but sometimes it's jewellery or clothing. Bought a fabulous new bag on this trip, a gorgeous denim blue suede and leather number that is now my favourite summer accessory. The ladies in this shop are always so lovely, friendly and enthusiastic. Even my husband enjoys going there!
