Feb 17,2025Ordered 94mm light oak skirting to match up to existing but unfortunately the three boards that were delivered were 120mm light oak skirting. The carpenter was due the day after delivery so there was no time to contact the supplier to complain with the limited time scale. The carpenter was disappointed, as he was expecting a simple fitting of the same size boards, plus it cost me more in labour time, as he had to rip the three boards down to 94mm and plain the edges to fit which is a fair job with 3 x 2.7metre lengths of hardwood on site. To be fair, the timber is excellent quality and delivery was prompt with no damage, but disappointing that the person in the warehouse didn’t check the size before it was loaded for delivery.

Jan 27,2025Quantity of poor quality cedar t+g boards received out of 59 ordered.Re ordered another 20 stateing my dissatisfaction with first order to receive more poor quality boards with a unplaned ridge down full length of most boards.Obviously hadn't been graded prior to delivery.Poor

My contact Mark was very helpful & friendly, he responded by arranging a new mill run, the wood was then delivered with a week. The wood came well wrapped and when opened I found the quality was fantastic. Would highly recommend Timber2u and would use again if required

Oct 14,2024Unfortunately my items were out of stock and I was not advised,after about 2 weeks I called and I was advised they were out of stock and delivery would be around another 2 weeks. The items were delivered on the advised date but the delay did impact on progressing my works. The product was fine.
