The whole process has been a delight. Communication has been clear and prompt, they supported my decision -making with open-ness and helpful information and the purchasing process was straightforward. I have found also that Ali is reliable - and am impressed with how he has managed to procure the paintings for consumers aborad (Tanzania). I especially appreciated transparency, all prices are on the website! Excellent customer service Tinga Tinga! The painting is a real beauty, I can't wait to give it as a present!

Nov 15,2021Really pleased with the experience and the final painting. The service was exceptional, with regular updates on progress from Ali. Delivery by UPS was quick and safe. The painting (Spots & Branches by SHAHA) is easily as good as the greeting card print where I saw the picture first. Canvas needs stretching on a frame but that was made clear at point of sale and is not a problem. Overall satisfaction level 10/10; highly recommended and feels good to be supporting local artists.

Oct 01,2021After a trip to Africa (where I was ecovolunteer to monitor endangered species), I wanted to find paintings where I could see again the beautiful animals I had admired for real. Tinga Tinga gave me that opportunity. I could buy 2 paintings, one "Square" and one "Abstract" and they remind me of the beauty of the wilderness in an artistic and genuine way. Somehow they evoke Douanier Rousseau's spirit and look. I love them and they naturally found their place in the bedroom and dining room. I can only recommend with my heart Tinga Tinga catalogue where a choice can be difficult to make. Their paintings bring poetry, beauty and joy in your home. And last but not least, the shipment, delivery, service are perfect, as well as the contact, Ali, very kind, professional and reliable.
