Nov 30,2023Reliable service and quality product but wish you would stop using Royal Mail as courier. Royal Mail are unable to provide an acceptable tracking service which results in customer inability to track item.

Brilliant service, excellent product. Just what I needed and should the need arise, I’ll use them again. 👍

Nov 07,20232 items costing a total of £8 and weighing next to nothing was subject to a carriage charge from Kent to Sussex of 3 times the cost of the goods. Later I found and collected the same items at Tool Station for less than half the price that T-mex charge . Not impressed. Unlikely to use T-mex again .
