Jun 14,2024Over the course of the past few months I had performance problems which tech support couldn't seem to understand much less resolve. Then I had connection problems which tech support again couldn't seem to understand much less resolve. There were certain types of files that for whatever reason the virtual machine will be the upload. But tech support begin couldn't understand the problem much less resolve it. I guess I should have known being this cheap it wasn't going to be reliable for long. Maybe you need to charge more for your products and get a competent staff..
