Mar 30,2021Fraud! Very poor quality. We ordered customised toilet rolls on 19 March and got delivered today. They were of poor ink quality, can’t even see what is printed on the roll 😒 We paid £9 for 2 rolls. The rolls are thin already,seems half used with less paper packing back and the ink on the picture is so poor, The ads are very different from the actual ones you will get. Not worth it. Not recommended!

I specifically contacted them to check delivery details and therefors paid £8 for next day delivery to arrive on my anniversary today (2 days after order) - I was assured it would be. That was two days ago, and I've literally just received notification from Hermes that they have received the parcel, so no idea when this will be delivered. So "next day" does not mean next day, or indeed it does not mean in two days as they told me by email, it's actually 3 days+ and costs £8! I could drive there and pick it up cheaper and quicker. If they don't refund me I'll get it back from my credit card. Update - they then called me 5 times persistently bothering me and wouldn't end the call when I told them it was my anniversary and I didn't want to speak to them.
