May 03,2020Great concept but appalling customer service from start to finish. Failed to print my order or despatch it for nearly 2 weeks, no option to chase the order as phone lines didn’t work. No communication from them apologizing for the delay. Once despatched, order wasn’t upgraded to 24 hour Hermes as promised but took a further week to be delivered. Then, once received there was a spelling error on the toilet paper. The response to this was to advise me that they apologized for what ‘looks like an apparent spelling error’ implying I the customer was in the wrong. (Order confirmation proved otherwise and I think I know how to spell my husband’s name) No customer service and had to request a refund from the director rather than it being offered. No offer to refund and replace with the correct spelling. Need to invest urgently in understanding the needs of their customers and in some customer service re-training.

Apr 18,2020I placed my order in November 2019 (order #000009731) with delivery by 15th of December. On 13th of December I got an email stating there was no image attached to the order (I uploaded it during the orderding process) but I replied with attached picture. (12.12.2019). On 1st of January 2020 I informed them I can't no longer wait (birthday was on 2/01) and asked for a refund. On 2nd of January I got a reply with information there was no photo attached and was told it will take 3-4 days if I sent the photo :/. I declined and informed Joe D. I want a refund. On 13th of January I asked again, and they still claimed there was no graphics and I was informed by Henry S. the refund was issued. I haven't received it yet. This company is a joke, avoid.
