Oct 12,2019We booked a dolphin excursion for my mom's 81st birthday. On our way, the traffic was so backed up that we couldn't make it in time. When I called to let them know we wouldn't make it in time, they let us reschedule for another day at no additional cost. Thank you so much for being so understanding.

Oct 11,2019We booked 2 experiences through Tom and were very happy with both of them. The first was the luau at the King Kamehameha Marriott. The food was delicious and the show was both entertaining and educational, telling the story of the migration of people groups to the islands. So enjoyable! The second excursion was the Grand Island Circle Tour. We should have booked it earlier in the week to give us a chance to go back to some of the places we visited since we had very limited time to spend at each stop. Our only complaint was about the location of our pick up and drop off. It seems that the main office was unfamiliar with Kona and had us drive 25 minutes instead of one of the spots closer to where we were staying. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the island, particularly about the geology of the volcanoes, and he made the trip fun. We didn't get to see the King Kam statue, but since it was a pretty long day, we didn't mind so much. We would recommend booking through Tom!

Oct 07,2019Kai was excellent from the time of on-boarding to drop-off. His knowledge of history and lore provided endless interest for the 10 customers that were in attendance. The day ended in drama as the raging fire along route 30 was saved by Kai's positive attitude and dedication to seeing that we all returned to our destinations. Kai has opened my eyes to research more of Hawaii legend and history. Greatly appreciated.

Sep 27,2019As a first time visitor to Maui I was overwhelmed with the choices for activities. I chose to book some excursions through Tom Barefoot because of their competitive prices. My five-star experience came after I booked my first tour and immediately received a phone call from someone in Tom Barefoot’s team letting me know that I could have booked the same experience 40 minutes closer to my hotel! I didn’t even know that was possible. I felt like I was being looked after and my family will have a better experience because of it. I booked a second tour through Tom Barefoot (luau) and again received a call almost immediately making Sure I knew my options for seat types and confirming I had booked what would work best for our family. Although I do think the website could use an aesthetic update, I don’t hesitate to give 5 stars because I was so pleasantly surprised with the level of personal service.

Not only were their costs less expensive, but the booking process was additionally easy and quick. Within minutes I had a confirmation of my excursion, an emailed voucher to present, and encountered no issues with the excursion owner. Thank you Tom Barefoot and I will consider your company again in the future!

Sep 27,2019One of the guarantees of Toms Barefoot is that they have a low price guarantee, but when I tried to book and explained that a different company had lower price and even gave them the web site the only answer I got was oh the girl that does that isn't in today so I have to book you at our price. Otherwise appreciated the person phoned me to confirm our tour and get everything arranged

I loved hearing about the history of the island and learning so much about this beautiful place. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Moloka’i!
