Dec 13,2023Ordered a item online and I ordered the wrong one so I returned it after a while I noticed that the returned item had not been accredited to my account. I contacted tooled up and spoke to a young lady who said that the problem occurred due to a free battery being included in the deal. After she tried to rectify the situation she was unable to do so she said she would call me back which she did within the hour. Really pleasent young girl and excellent customer service would highly recommend.

Nov 17,2023Would definitely NOT recommend this company! Had to pay for delivery and returns and when I called customer services Deborah was very rude! So much for customer service! I reached out and emailed to explaining that the item purchased was too small and it did not specifically state you had to pay for returns! They did not even offer to exchange for a different size with no extra postage cost. I had to pay £4.15 for delivery and £3.95 for return! Shocking service!! DO NOT USE!,

Nov 16,2023Ordered within a day, they kept in contact every single time they either packaged it or got it ready for delivery and then it was delivered on time the next day! The customer service when emailing them are very reliant, they reply promptly and any issues they sort it out quickly too. Very informative people & a good company to buy from as their offers/discounts and products are always in stock and best on offer than other trade-marking companies. Already bought a leaf blower & hand-held vaccum in the space of 2 days, plus their black friday offers was better than the other companies!!
