But when queried why only one part was delivered, customer services answered the phone very quickly and were very helpful. Would definitely order from them again.

Oct 16,2023Purchased a Bosch cordless mower with charger and lithium battery at end of August 23. After holidays at beginning of September 23 have used the mower 3 times. Each time the charging process produced an odour but not having used lithium-ion before I did not query it. On the 4th charging cycle the charger blew completely. Tooled-up have washed their hands of it because the fault was not within 30 days of purchase and have pointed me to Bosch. Hardly customer service

Oct 07,2023Very happy to add the Black and Decker pole hedge cutter to my pole chainsaw and standard hedge trimmer. All use the same battery so no need to buy along with a charger. The chainsaw is 8 years old and the hedge trimmer 4 years old. My batteries are all 8 years old and still good. Feel sure my latest addition to the collection will also give me excellent service.

Really annoying as it was I the grass cutting season , I eventually got on 31/11/23 . Grass cutting season done . As said not not tool up Com fault .
