I've worked in a workshop where the owner and founder first came around in a van and have seen the business grow from there. Always order tools from here. Never disappointed with tools, service or delivery. Cannot fault anything. Highly recommend using these guys!

Slow to respond to communication leading to a failure in following cancellation of order instructions. Quite convenient that Dispatch notification arrived 4 mins before communication to say 'too late to CANCEL' as already dispatched. Shall not deal again with this company. They lack efficiency.
