Jun 30,2021I needed to top up / refresh my tool collection and having purchased Bergen products previously I know they are good quality. Tools 2u Direct were able to fulfill most of my needs tool wise. I ordered all US pro tools which are a Bergen line and I was very happy with tool quality, they way the tools were packed and the speed of the delivery. My only qualm is that when I rang Tools 2U Direct up to see if they could offer me a discount as I had over 40 items on my order worth over £500, they said they couldn't do anything. On the plus side though - the kind lady I spoke to did give me the heads up that their products are 5% cheaper when purchased through their website instead of purchasing on ebay.
