I appreciate the **** up was mainly DPD (morons) but have spoke to Tools Today twice and neither of the northern ***** I spoke too really helped ! Keep my order and shove it up for fat **** ! ***** . In addition to your reply your facts stated are untrue . I was in during the stated time of delivery but driver was late . So I selected leave in safe place which was acknowledge but parcel not left. Then the local drop off point you refer to was in fact a 1 hour drive from my house. I appreciate this is mainly DPD’s mess up but you haven’t been great in rectifying the issue . So I stand by one 1 star review .
