Feb 08,2025Great experience from ordering to prompt delivery. The price of my Mountfield lawnmower was very reasonable compared to major suppliers. It arrived on time which was great. I did open the box on delivery but never took the mower out for a couple of weeks. On doing so I found that front plastic wheel was cracked and broken. It looked like this may have occurred at the factory. I was not too bothered as I switched it for a spare that I had. Tools Today contacted me to see if I was satisfied and when I mentioned the wheel they sent out a new one that arrived a week later. Excellent service from a company I would definately recommend. 5☆
