Jan 15,2025Should be called 'Tools one day .... maybe'. One of the items I ordered, which was advertised as in stock, didn't arrive so I called them to investigate only to find they had no knowledge of it. They phoned back and said the supplier was out of stock but they were expecting new stock in a few days so would send it then. Didn't receive it so sent an email, which was ignored and only got a reply once I'd started a PayPal dispute. They then said the supplier didn't know when they would restock it. Seeing that I had done all the chasing of the order and caught them out with a blatant lie I opted for a refund. This was done immediately as requested but I cannot use such an untrustworthy company again. After all this I looked on their website only to find the tool still listed as 'in stock'. Would give 0 stars if I could. Response to tools today's reply 21/1/25 Check their website and you will see there clearly is a 'stock notification' with the tool listings.... more lies from tools today.
