Feb 01,2025Delivery drivers are let down it states on website deliver to door they didn't even deliver to door I'm only on first floor. Had my 12 year old daughter and her dad carrying heavy stuff and they really hurt there backs. Not happy about this at all! That's something to keep in mind ordering from them that they won't deliver to your door and leave you to take it yourself. What's the point of buying beds from you if you don't deliver them to my door. Ridiculous!

Jan 29,2025My bed & matching box is very nice indeed, my only negative is the tv part, it's basically just a lid & does not look right but that's because my previous bed the tv part was sectioned so sat nice because the lid was sunk to be the same height. Please consider this for your beds in the near future 🙏they would look absolutely amazing then. Anyway my bed was delivered & after we started to put it up we soon realised they had sent double bed fittings to fit a kingsize, we then had to remove some bits because we had to put our mattress on the floor, this was on a Saturday night & topnotch are only available Monday to Friday, spoke to them Monday & they couldn't apologise enough & sent the relevant parts (3 quite major parts too) straight out. I received these Wednesday morning 10.12am (brilliant service). I would definitely use this company again as they are so polite & so was so patient with me, even making a video call because i couldn't make the base fit, helped me sort it out straight away. Thanks guys 👍. A special shout out to your delivery guy who is so polite & courteous & brought everything in even offering to help haul the heavy parts upstairs, we declined because that's not his job but appreciate the offer all the same, thankyou delivery man 😀

Jan 26,2025I AM REALLY PLEASED WITH MY BED DELIVERY WAS QUICK AND WHEN I RECIVED AND PUT IT TOGETHER IT LOOKS SO NICE VERY VERY GOOD QUALITY GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY LOOKS SO MUCH BETTER THAN I EXCPECTED AND VERY COMFY HIGHLY RECOMEND WILL ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN .

Even today I called there phone number no one pick up. So I feel I bought extra pain, please don’t buy anything from TopNotch

Jan 23,2025The quality of the bed i purchased is great. I was abit dubious due to the price of the bed that the qualoty may not be as it seemed on the picture so I was pleasantly surprised when it came. There was a timing issue with the delivery and it came very late which wasn't the best, but the gentleman that delivered was lovely and even tho it was so late he still assembled the bed for me. I've never seen someone put a bed up so quickly so 10 out of 10 for that. Would highly recommend and will be buying from TopNotch Furnishers in the future. We all want a new bed now.
