It was a nightmare to get delivery. The company kept wanting to deliver the next day which didn't give time to reschedule work. When we could agree a delivery between 2&6 the courier turned up at 9:45pm. Was unable to deliver as headboard was too big. Not the companies fault. The company wanted to leave everything their except the headboard and then tried charging me an £120 for the headboard to be in two parts. At second delivery the couriers sounded like they were about to come through my ceiling and refused to take any packaging because I wouldn't give a 5* review. So have left my landing and bedroom in a mess. They advised the furniture company pay them to take a photo of the reviews. Which is why this company is showing better than what the experience is. The contacted me at 00:29 this morning by WhatsApp!! and offered me £30 to take down the review.

The customer service has been great and the delivery team were very professional, Ghezenfer and Asad were great. Although the bed has not been put up yet, it looks very good quality.

I purchased a modern black plush king-size bed from this company, and several factors attracted me to make this purchase. The first was the price, which was very reasonable. I also watched a video showcasing the state-of-the-art design of the Gaslight bed frame, which stood out compared to the basic frames offered by other companies. The Gaslight features a strong metal frame with a robust metal mesh covering the entire base, making it both sturdy and durable. The bed arrived well-packaged, and I was impressed by the QR code on the box that, when scanned, provided clear instructions for assembly—a brilliant feature. The company maintained excellent communication throughout the process, and the delivery driver kept me informed about the delivery time. If there were any delays due to traffic, he promptly called to notify me. When the bed was delivered, the driver was absolutely lovely and very helpful. I cannot fault this company in any way. From start to finish, they have been exceptional. Now it’s time to enjoy my luxurious new bed! 10/10 highly recommend.

Very pleased 👍, bed was so much more affordable then the local bed stores like furniture village etc and wasn't sure wether to take a chance with these and trust the reviews but I'm glad I did, the bed seems to be well made and of a high standard so I'm pleased. Thanks Ed

Bed is beautiful and I am really happy with it and was so easy to put together. I was just a little disappointed in the delivery. I got a message saying it would be delivered between 12-4, I chased the delivery as I hadn’t received it nearing 4 o’clock to be told there was a delay which is fine. The driver called said he would be with me at 6:30 and didn’t arrive till 7:20. The driver was a lovely man, just wished I had more communication from the company.
