Aug 17,2021I just wanted to extend a huge Thank You to your Customer Services Team. I emailed last week regarding a damaged popper on a size 3 Bamboozles nappy that I bought a few weeks prior. Without hesitation or question, I was sent a replacement which has just arrived. I certainly wasn’t expecting it, I thought I might be refunded, so I want express my gratitude for your excellent customer service. I didn’t even have to confirm my address or order number, so someone must have gone out of their way to find my original order. Thank You very, very much!

Aug 17,2021Love the Bamboozle wrap and pad system - ordered the part-time kit and a load of extras of choice and its been amazing. Minimal leaks once you get the hang of fit etc. and not a single poo explosion! Been using since the wee one was 2 weeks and he's 12 weeks now. Great service and reasonable prices. Great to support a small, Scottish business who are trying to make a difference.

Aug 16,2021After recommendation from another mummy, got the all in one nappies. They've been super and don't leak. The only issue I have is the liner doesn't stay flat on the nappy so end up getting poo on the nappy sometimes but nothing a good wash doesn't sort out!

We use the bamboozle wraps and think they’re fantastic - very few leaks, super easy to assemble and lovely and soft on our little guy’s bum! Disposable nappies seem so flimsy in comparison!

Jul 27,2021We started using cloth nappies with our second child and decided to use a company based in Scotland to support local businesses. It has been 6 months and so far, my baby has yet to have any nappy rash which is fantastic (now 8 months old). I did struggle a little to get used to adapting to cloth but we are happily on track now. We bought the squirrel peanut wraps and peanut pads (pink rabbit and purple owl) initially, which are great during the day, with a fleece liner (these really keep the bum dry, liquid goes through and solid stays on top) and there has been a couple of really messy nappies, but I don't see how that could be avoided- I will say that we have NOT had an exploding (all the way up the back and down the legs) nappy, so there is something in the design that really works on that front - thank you Totsbots! There is some staining on the fleece liners and the peanut wraps, which I have found to be due to breastfed poops, and now that baby is eating solids, the occasional tomato based dinner but that's to be expected with anything baby wears, looking at the bigger picture, a little staining on the inside isn't that big of a deal. We have found that the squirrel peenut wrap has shrunk a little compared to our second order of wraps, again these are still functional so not really a problem. We did find that overnight, the peenut pads leaked, so we purchased bamboozle nappy and this is ideal, my baby wears this all night (sleeping for at least 9 hours now) without any issues, no leaking whatsoever (couldn't get that with disposables). We did purchase the nappy bin, but found it to be quite large and didn't fit under our John Lewis baby changer, which I think is a uk standard size. Had it had the dimensions of the actual bin rather than litres, I would have looked for something that could fit under the changing table, however we are making it work, and it does store a lot of nappies and you smell nothing which is great. I am waiting on a response from a query about a faulty item (lush bag) initially sent through the website on the 19th June and have sent another email today, I will update my review once I get a response, could even take this to a 5 star if it is resolved without further delay. UPDATE Faulty item replaced within 3 days of sending a further email, it seems that the initial query had not been recieved but quickly rectified when I emailed the hello@totsbots address. Very happy with the lush bag, which I am planning to use for reusable wipes while out and about. Fantastic customer service recieved, I will be recommending totsbots to all expectant parents willing to try cloth nappies.

Jul 07,2021I got a taster bundle of tots bots nappies and got to experience how different products worked differently for me and my baby at any given time. They are super absorbant and no leaks. I bought a further TeenyFit Newborn nappy and when it didn't fit any longer there were many willing to take the used nappies off my hands, so they truly were zero waste for me. I do feel like the bamboozle velcro and the peanut wrap velcro layered together are very bulky at the front waist on small babies, so I tend to avoid velcro in general at the moment, however its great for night absorption and the wrap can be reused throughout the day before washing. Also I can use other liners in the wrap, and i can use other wraps/empty pocket nappies with the bamboozle so you're not tethered to these products in the same family.

Aug 20,2021I bought a few 'seconds' recently to bulk up our collection and I can't figure out the flaws on most of the pieces, just slight imperfections. Although I don't use tots bots for every nappy change, largely owing to my babies very petite stature- my 1 year old has worn a tots bot EVERY NIGHT since she was born. I have used all 3 types, they all work fabulous - love them ❤️ Saves the planet 7-14 unreusable nappies a week which also makes me feel I'm doing something to help the environment! The nappies wash beautiful and are as good as new after a whole year and numerous wears. Honestly brilliant..and Scottish 👍Thanks tots bots xx
