Apr 11,2021Fantastic nappies. We very rarely have a leak, unlike the disposables we used for a while. We use the fleece liners and reusable wipes too. It's so easy, just take the nappy off, put it in the bucket, use a wipe, put it in the bucket, then every two days I just pick the net out and put the whole lot in the washing machine.

Apr 07,2021Excellent customer experience. Really good that the products are made from recycled materials where possible. Far better product than other cloth nappies I have used although occasionally the outer wrap does still leak (my son is a very heavy wetter and we have been unable to use some other brands at all though).

Apr 06,2021Really wanted to go reusable with baby no. 3. I was nervous about the amount of work washing and maintaining nappies but decided to go fully reusable from day one. Totsbots gave advice on what combination of products to buy and lots of information about washing is available on their site and within the product delivery. I watched their videos on fitting the nappies too. I love the nappies - I have gone size two on my newborn and am hopeful they will last until potty training. No leaks so far and I have been able to keep on top of the washing. The initial outlay feels like a really good investment!

Apr 03,2021Good nappies, came on time and fit my small 6 month old well with lots of growing room. Only 3 stars because of all the nappies we tried these tend to leak the most frequently (around the legs) and need changing more than the others.

Apr 01,2021Fast delivery Beautiful designs Easy to use and no stains are left even after an explosive bowel movement. Pads don't seem to hold as much urine as disposables but it might improve with repeated washing. I change at most every two hours currently using small and medium together.

Mar 27,2021LOVE LOVE LOVE TotsBots nappies. I have recommended to any parents I know. We use the peanut system and have the bamboozles for at night and they're just brilliant. Would never go back to using disposable nappies. When you look at buying in bulk, it does seem like a lot of money, but in the long run it saves so much.

Mar 26,2021Absolutely love the TotsBots Nappy System and the reusable sanitary towels system as well. I wasn’t impressed by the delayed delivery due to 1 item on my 60 item order being out of stock. There was no communication from TotsBots about why my order hadn’t been dispatched and I had to chase them for an answer. With a high value order, I expected more (or any) communication about the delay. I found the customer service quite abrupt and rude when I did get through to them. They made it all about my due date and not the fact I ordered a service for dispatch within 3 working days. I actually wanted the sanitary system quickly so I could stop using disposable panty liners during pregnancy. I would use to them again for the product. The product is worth 5 stars, just unfortunately the customer service side let them down.
