Dec 22,2020Amazing family run business. I was researching cloth nappies while pregnant and felt very overwhelmed by all the options and advice....until I came across TotsBots. Their website and videos were so helpful and they encourage you to get in touch if you need more advice. I love that they are fairly local and care about the environment. I love the products and have been using the nappies for a few weeks now. Would highly recommend!!! Thanks so much to the team.

Dec 21,2020Preferred other nappy brands that I tried. Bamboozle with extra insert wasn't enough for my 18m old to last through the night. Don't like that there's no fleece lining inbuilt with the nappy / boosters

Dec 20,2020Great nappies. Trying both but love the peenuts instead of all in one. Easy to wash and don’t smell bad. The night bambozzles are my fav they actually last all night!

Dec 18,2020I love my Bamboozles and think they are unbeatable for nighttimes. My little girl is so comfortable in them and will sleep 10 hours plus in them without any leaks or discomfort. They are very soft, incredibly absory and containment is excellent. I also love the fact the wraps are made from recycled bottles and that everything is made in the UK. The only downside is the drying time, which is completely understandable for the towelling material. On sunny days, or if you have a tumble dryer that can be set to low, you would be fine. Unfortunately ours only drys hot, so it takes several days to get them dry. Since I only use them at night it's not a problem, as I use a different system in the day.

Dec 17,2020I am editing my review to reflect this shop properly as my negative start with them changed to a positive outcome. At first I have a negative review because after repeatedly asking to cancel an order right after it was placed (as I ordered a big bundle of 10 nappies twice by accident instead of once thinking the first order didn't go through), I didn't have any response for weeks and when I did it took 3 weeks to get the refund, and they failed to respond to messages. So I was frustrated and annoyed as well as let down by their customer service especially being a new customer. However eventually I did get the refund and the bundle of nappies I ordered arrived albeit took a long time too. The nappies I got (all in one day ones and night ones) are brill. I love them so much. They haven't leaked and after spending lots on second hand mixed brands and nearly giving up on resizable nappies I love the totsbots ones. So much so I decided to order a few more to make my life easier (less washing). After the customer service I thought I would never go back but I love their products that I have to highly recommend them for that. I've since found out I'm pregnant again and as such have just started ordered first size newborn nappies from them too (and will order more in future when I know how many I need) Simply because I love their products and I love the fact they recycle for the pull layer and it all has oekotex certification that is why I use them over other brands. So customer service not brill in my experience, but I'm now a regular customer and still recommend them because I love the quality of their products.

Dec 13,2020Definitely a mixed review, I had a hard time deciding between a 3 or a 4, have a tots bot bamboozle size 3 with wrap for my toddlerbeast which we have never had any issues with. We have quite a few easyfits that leak on my 1 year old after an hour and her size 2 bamboozle with the night insert and a hemp booster from little lambs dont last over night, definitely would love to see how these fair on another child. The reason I chose a 3 star instead of a 4 star, is that I ordered some facemasks, they hadn't shipped within two weeks so I contact customer services and they said one was out of stock, so picked another and was told it would be sent out ASAP. Waited again and the rang them and they told me a different one was out of stock and I just asked them to send me any three, didnt matter about patterns as I needed them for my sons ASD review. I got a notification the following day to say dpd would be delivering however during the packing process they dispatched them to my billing address instead of my living address.

Dec 13,2020Ordered a trial pack which have been really great. We love the fit and the designs. Never had a leak either! There was a tiny bit of damage on one of our nappies which was replaced quickly. Excellent service, will be buying more.

Dec 10,2020I love my tots bots nappies and they are great for our baby however, I did send a Facebook message in regards to the staining of the wraps and I still don't feel that this matter has been fully resolved. The wraps do stain so easily even when they are rinsed straight away and washed as recommended. This is such a shame as the rest of the product is great.

Dec 10,2020For my previous children I had only used the Stars nappy and earlier versions. I wasnt brave enough to use reusables at night time. This time I have discovered how great the bamboozles are at staying dry all night- better than the disposables that we currently have. I'm disappointed I didn't try them on children 1&2 but have been very pleasantly surprised this time.

Dec 08,2020These are the best diapers ever! I have about 20 TotsBots Easyfit Star now. They are just as easy as disposables, which makes life easier for grandmas and for daycare. They hold so much liquid, but pack so small. They wash and dry very nicely, and take very little effort to take care of. They are the perfect fit every time and never leave any marks on my baby. I recommend them every time.
