In my opinion your products are the best compare to other companies. The only thing I have to criticize is, you do not deliver to Austria so I had to ask a friend based in the UK to assist me with the delivery.

Really impressed. Super quick delivery and good service. The product is super soft and fit my 5 month old really well, they last her 2-3 hours. So much easier than I thought they would be. Highly recommended, wish I’d started sooner...thank you

I've tried many different brands of cloth nappies and my heavy wetters have always soaked through regardless of how many inserts or have taken along time to dry. Totbots are by far my favorite brand. No leakage and dries fully on low heat in tumble dryer. Totbots are now the only company I buy my little ones cloth nappies from. Cannot recommend them enough.

I love the bamboozled and wraps. The peenut inserts are also great but the all in ones always leak on my baby boy which is annoying because they would be the easiest nappy for daytime. Also was a little annoying that when I bought the peenut wrap in the sale I naively thought you'd get two booster inserts with it but you don't.

I've really really tried with the easy fit nappies. But it's just been constant leaks since my baby was born. She is now 13 months and they still leak. I was so excited about trying washable nappies but these have just never worked for me, and I'm very disappointed because it seems everyone else has no problems with these nappies. I've been in touch with customer services a number of times to find solutions and whilst they have been always very helpful, nothing has worked. I tried waiting until she was bigger (too big for newborn), I did strip washes, I added boosters, I got vest extenders for her body vests to avoid compression leaks, I tried changing more often, but 98% of time there is a leak around the legs, so sadly I have to say these just don't work. I've had better success with other brands with a two part system, so will probably try that if I have another baby. It's a shame because it's quite expensive as an upfront investment and I was happy to support a British brand but I just don't know why it's just never worked. The bamboozles for night time I had more success with up until my baby was 8 months, but after that, it just wasn't enough to avoid major wetting through. I'm sad this couldn't work out, but there comes a time when having to change your child's clothes at every nappy change gets a bit too much, and generates a ridiculous amount of washing. I would give 4 stars for customer service but 1 star for the nappies if needed to separate out.
