They proved to be very knowledgeable on what else was available and were able to get me another policy with better cover and at a cheaper rate too.

Nov 22,2016Spoke to Damon Crispin regarding my existing BUPA cover where the monthly premiums have increased substantially over recent years to see if I could obtain a cheaper, but entirely adequate policy through another company. Damon spent a lot of time with me over the telephone and I have subsequently changed to a policy with Aviva saving approx. £40 per month. It has to be said that the Aviva cover is not as good as the BUPA cover as I have had to list pre-existing medical conditions which Aviva will not cover me for. However, I am happy with the outcome which Damon followed closely throughout.
