As this is my first experience with Chase Templeton, I've no history to speak of—thus only 4 stars; but the attention I received from Alexandra Hobbs during the transaction of changing my Health Insurers was excellent. Her replies to my emails arrived within almost minutes of my sending them, and the outcome of her advice is, so far, very good.

THE PERSON DEALING WITH OUR ACCOUNT LEFT JUST AS WE RENEWED AND WE WERE NOT ADVISED OR GIVEN A REPLACEMENT TO LOOK AFTER OUR ACCOUNT. HENCE THE POLICY WAS MESSED UP AND THE WRONG AMOUNT OF MONEY TAKEN FROM OUR BANK AND IT TOOK 17 DAYS FOR US TO GET REFUNDED DESPITE US RENEWING ON TIME. WE HAD TO PAY OUR STAFF WAGES AND WE WERE £2.5K OUT OF POCKET WHICH CAUSED PROBLEMS FOR US. WE HAVE STILL NOT BEEN GIVEN OUR NEW ACCOUNT PERSON AND I SHALL BE LOOKING VERY SERIOUSLY AT GOING ELSEWHERE NEXT YEAR. WE EXPECTED BETTER.

Unfortunately, over the last 12 months I have needed a number of surgical procedures. Thanks to Chase Templeton, what could have been an even more stressful time, chasing paperwork and authorisation codes etc was made pain free by their courteous, caring and thorough manner. My health policy came up for renewal and I was contacted by Dean to see if it was acceptable. As the price had risen significantly, I asked Dean to make enquiries about an alternative policy. Dean did his research and came back with an alternative cheaper and better policy, which he then pursued for me. He rang again to check the documents had arrived and to enquire if everything was in order. Dean was very personable, efficient and professional. His service was first class. Thank you.
