I am a huge Toyella fan: original gifts and toy ideas; fantastic service and great window-shopping. Recently bought 'Cuppy' - watch the video online for inspiration. My seven year old was really excited by this. It's simple, easy to use and small to pack - can't wait to get back to the beach. Thanks Toyella for making present-shopping painless!

Customer services contacted me on the same day one which I submitted the order to clarify my order of a foldable water bottle with regards to the choice of colour. Delivery arrived 2 days after without any flaws. Great products + great service resulting in a very happy customer.

ordered a bike from Toyella that they don't have in the states and they shipped it so quickly in perfect shape. it took less time to get this bike than the other i ordered from a state side store. love this company will order again soon!

Not much to say. Lovely product, without a lot of excessive packaging. Reasonable delivery, but if I had to be picky, maybe dispatch could be a little quicker.

I ordered from Germany, fast reliably and full tracking of shipment! That´s how it should work - and that did work with Toyella!

1. bike has arrived and kids love it 2. having a lot of respect for small business and their role was happy to transact with Toyella however small detail are what are remembered and with some foresight from Toyella would have added a shine to my international purchase 3. disappointed that seller not refund VAT which should not be applicable for export, this has been case from other Uk retailer without need to ask. 4. cost of customs and TNT service charge additional GBP45 which could have been avoided if seller give invoice showing C&F cost as GBP150 or no commercial value. 5. Net result a very expensive kids bike for my 4 yr old

I had been looking at the Bilibos for awhile and Toyella's two for £30 offer was too good to resist. My kids absolutely love playing with them. Great website, easy to use with lots of lovely products to choose from. Will definitely shop here again.

Looking for non high street toys and something a bit special for my sons first birthday, I stumbled across Toyella by chance and found their site to be very well set out, updated regularly and chock full of decent, well made toys, sold at reasonable prices. Placed my order and 4 days later received it. Very pleased, as was my son.

I have bought from Toyella on line before looking for an unusual gift for a child so this time I was happy to order to be delivered direct. It arrived in good time well wrapped and with my personal message on the label. The wooden puzzle in a sturdy hat box was well received by a six year old. Excellent all round.
