It was SO much nicer than trawling round Amazon, to be honest... the products are well selected and very relevant when browsing by age group. The checkout process was easy, and then the delivery was quick with no hassle. In short, a very slick operation and I would use them again without a moment's hesistation.

Dec 17,2014I bought 4 large Oogies thinking the grandchildren could have fun with their strong suction cups joining them together. Although the product was good quality felt it was let down by the strength of the suction, it was less than I was led to believe from the advert.

Dec 16,2014Although my product was initially sold out, I was kept informed and was able to purchase it as soon as it became available. I am not all that comfortable with on line purchasing but the whole process was easy to understand. The bike arrived promptly and in plenty of time for Christmas. Well done Toyella you did everything you promised to do!

Dec 15,2014The company is clearly a small business run by nice & motivated people I had a problem with my order, got someone on the phone immediately who helped me out. I received the order the day after next. One item was included instead of another one. They sent me the missing item without me having to send back the item send by mistake! Amazing service

Dec 12,2014First time I have dealt with Toyella. the whole process was trouble free and really easy. Not cheap but competitive with the high street. delivery was as promised and the driver had the good sense in leaving the parcel in a secure place and then advising me with a card, unlike a recent experience with a JL delivery were the card suggested I collect from a depot 23 miles away.

Dec 19,2014Toyella have been great trying to sort the problem out but DPD in ireland are of no help at all. I have had to be on the phone for hours to try and sort the delivery out, even had to call DPD UK, they were the only ones that could give me some info. I still have not received the parcel and it has been in the country for a week now. I only give three stars due to a bad choice of delivery service in ireland.
