Jan 28,2014Our purchase arrived two days after I ordered it. The Dombo cups I ordered aren't sold in the States so I found them for a good price here! International shipping can be pricey but the order came so fast it made it worth the price!

Jan 17,2014I purchased an ingenious toy for my 6 year old daughter, which simply uses magnets and ball bearings - endless enjoyment. When I received my toy there was a small packet of strangely shaped 'plus plus' blocks. I have since had to buy lots more of this as my children ( I have 3 the eldest is 17 the youngest is 6) and they ALL play with it, fight over it and enjoy it. We now have a fiddle box on the table with various toyella items in for them all to be creative with. Toyella provides proper toys to inspire childrens creativity and imagination at reasonable prices.When you're children are brought up in a society that finds electronic devices essential these simple toys are refreshing and so much fun. Thank you.

Jan 15,2014Although the order process was straight forwards and the order arrived in line with the delivery timescales quoted there was a key part from the item missing which meant the item couldn't be safely assembled. This wS a child's Christmas present and after leaving several messages and emailing with no response I gave up and a had to accept my daughters main present could be wrapped up and given as planned. To say I was gutted is an understatement and to say she was disappointed goes nowhere near!!! I finally got a call back and although polite and sympathetic have just been left feeling underwhelmed by the whole experience. I really do appreciate its difficult as the supplier failed to check the item correctly before despatch... I get all of the excuses and accept the apology. However, it just would have been nice to have been compensated in some way. I would have approached my supplier and said can we do something for this customer to restore her faith in my Company and your product...even a token 10% off your next order would have been better than nothing at all!! Given the time of year and the fact they were closed for a significant period with no message advising customers so I as left hanging. I was t's the web site advised of the closure but why would I have gone back to the web site? I wanted to talk to someone. On that basis I would not recommend

Jan 13,2014The price for the plus plus was amazing at least £20 cheaper than amazon plus free delivery!! Impressive. Initially I was apprehensive as it was so cheap, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Toyella again.

Dec 29,2013I was very impressed with Toyella and would definitely use them again!!! Living in Belfast means that deliveries take longer than in England and I am used to that. I decided to use Toyella as they were the only shop who had the item in stock and offered next day delivery. Yes, it costs a little more but it is well worth it. I bought early rider for my little boy for Christmas and couldn't believe it was delivered on the same day. The customer service was excellent, double checking all information whilst on the phone to avoid any disappointment. Thank you very much for the best service and making it such a pleasant experience!!!

Feb 08,2014Having searched for Sonny Angel dolls via the internet Toyella had both the best range of dolls and at the most reasonable price with free shipping! The order arrived within 48 hours even though I had not paid extra for express delivery. Fantastic communication in regards to my parcel too! I bought three dolls for my daughter and fingers crossed they are all different, we will find out on March 1st!!
