Nov 15,2024HORRIBLE customer service. I placed my order on Sunday, November 3, emailed to cancel on Monday, November 4. November 5, Andrew emailed to say that he needed to check with the warehouse to confirm the order had not shipped and if it had not, they could refund 100% as store credit or 95% back to the original payment method. I immediately responded that the order had not been shipped, and explained that our customer had cancelled his order. I didn’t receive any response at all. I followed up again on Sunday, November 10 as my order had still NOT shipped, still no response. Tuesday, November 12, I received a confirmation notice that my order had shipped, despite requesting a week earlier to cancel the order, and then Tuesday afternoon I got an email from Shane that unfortunately my order had been shipped and the only option is for me to ship it back at my expense and the same refund options as above apply. Will NEVER order from them again.

Nov 13,2024Their customer service is garbage. I've been reaching out to them many many times via email & text but can't seem to get an answer. And they don't offer over the phone support which is stupid. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

Nov 12,2024Customer service is terrible. Spent over $3L on parts. Some of them I waited several weeks before they arrived. While waiting I inquired multiple times to find out where my parts were. There was a major lack of assistance. Parts finally come in and they are wrong. Company keeps saying someone will get back to me yet they do not. Also filled out the form for $25 off. Never got that either. Beware of this company. Oh ya. They don’t take any phone calls period either. Great customer service. Not.

Nov 02,2024Ordered an expensive bumper for my new vehicle. the 1st one arrived damaged, dents and scratches. TPS turned it around quickly and delivered a second bumper . It arrived with no dents but had a couple deep scratches in the finish. Their policy seems to provide on replacement, but cannot verify if damage on second happened during shipping or packaging. Was referred to the manufacturer who said it was a problem for the shipper. Either way I am getting the runaround for an expensive purchase. Not pleased with the current outcome.

Nov 01,2024We ordered a carburettor and immediately cancelled the order including the shipping. After 15 days and the confirmation that they in fact never shipped the part the store has sent me a threatening email suggesting that I have committed theft and fraud- as I did a charge back as they refused to cancel or change my order. AVOID ORDERING from this store.

Oct 16,2024Paid 360 CAD bucks for a retro LED headlight for my customer's 77 Sierra Grande only to discover it's not a kit but a single unit. Knew it was going to be expensive converting to LED lights, but not that much for a single light - would've been nice had it been mentioned on the website properly rather than hidden in between 5 billion lines of "Description_FAB", "Description_MKT", etc. Figured that's fine, whatever, will just send it back and get a refund. Didn't charge my customer for it, kept the part. Submitted for return authorization about end of August (around Aug 23-24) - no reply whatsoever. Didn't even get a single email re this. The part's just been sitting since we briefly looked at it to confirm there's only one item. Finally messaged their support team after almost two months (Oct 15), trying to find out what's going on. Gave them all the info in my first email, yet they asked for it all over again only to then tell me it's outside the return window! Couldn't get the return authorized on time and now wasted my time & money. Suggest thinking twice before buying anything off their website if you have even the slightest chance of requiring a different item or wishing to return the product.

Oct 09,2024I order an item box one of two where two was out of stock at the time or so their page says only to find out box has been discontinued by the manufacturer!!! So now I can't complete item or get a FULL REFUND because I have to pay for shipping even though they KNEW it was discontinued???? Very deceitful company!!!!

Oct 02,2024I found the exhaust I was looking for. I think they forgot to process my order. A week after I placed my order, I had still not received confirmation it had been shipped. I had to contact them. It took 4 more days to get shipping confirmation. The exhaust I got sounds great, not annoyingly loud, just a nice low growl. One of the mounting brackets had to be cut off and moved.
