Jun 17,2022Withdrawal was quick, less than 24 hours, using crypto. Customer service is excellent, probably one of the best in my experience. Although there is room for improvement Traders Central is a good firm.

Jun 17,2022J’étais très content de la plateforme jusqu’aujourd’hui ! J’ai pris le challenge évaluation, je passe la phase 1 sans soucis. Je passe également la phase 2 en deux jours. A savoir TradersCentrale vous ne pouvez pas ouvrir des positions à 0.01 pour terminer les 10 jours de Trading, mais vous êtes autorisé à réduire de 75% vos positons. Chose que j’ai respecté ! Ma moyenne des lots étaient supérieurs à ces 75% une fois le challenge réussi et TC ne me valide quand meme pas mon challenge ! Et évidement il me demande de payer un autre challenge ! Des voleurs et simplement une arnaque !!!

Jun 16,2022Yooo this is complete trash I’ve never been so disappointed in my life I wish I could send the screenshots I paid for an account and I still have not received my account details and customer service ignores the every single time I bring it up prior to Bring it up I have them and then when I say I can’t access my account nor see my account number I get disconnected. I requested a refund 2 days in a row still no response SN - if you work hard to actually make money legitimately in America and want to just throw it away heres a company for you Update:06/17/2022 I’ve been told the refund should be on the way as of yesterday but they don’t work weekends so I’ll update it Monday/ Tuesday and see where we at if I get my refund im deleting my review

Jun 16,2022Trader central is a very good firm as lately I’ve been trading breakouts and I have to use buy stops and sell stops. So if I place stops at a certain price level the broker gives my position exact price not even a pipette is changed unlike other firms, basically I want to address that the liquidity is very good ! I have applied for a withdraw and the next day I received it via prime bridge , the customer support is very good

Jun 14,2022They failed my challenge after passing they support at telegram told me that 50k accounts and 25k accounts sizes don’t get risk reviews after I passed the challenge phase 1 and 2 in 5 days the support said I could open micro lots to get the minimum trading days then I got an email I would not be getting funded here look email High risk approach to trading objectives as registered by the highly volatile P/L results and high value at risk per trade due to order size ranging 0.02 to 30 lots in average, in an attempt to achieve the profit target in a short period of time, which is a signal of poor risk management and no clear approach to trading objectives. As per our data we have determined profiles as what was demonstrated during your evaluation are not profitable over time and expose our funds to a lot of risk, strategy could make the fund a lot of money, or a volatile drop which can be prone to slippage, losing more funds than allocated capital for max loss limit, and would expose our fund to a risk beyond to what we have calculated in our risk model.

Jun 17,2022Traders should receive an email when the y fail challenges. I didn’t understand your mitingale rule and I failed the challenge. I tried logging in my trading account but wasn’t able to. It was later when I reached out to help service that they clarified my problem as in why my account has been deactivated. Aside that. Their spread are very low and great for that matter.
