A very good company....the customer care service is what I consider most amazing. Would be nide though to get accounts verification and issuance automated but other than that everything else is more than okay for me.

My genuine experience about my journey with this firm 3rd withdrawal got on Tuesday I passed my 25k mid march and got live account. I think if you read everything and understand before starting your journey with prime bridge, it will continue well in business with them. Good company. Rules are strict but I love them giving me a live account instead of trading demo like other firms. It makes me feel like a real trader. Stay woke guys. Traders central is legit and God bless everyone associated with them. Fingers crossed 🤞. Yall can say whatever you wanna say or misjudge me. But I never had issues other than a one delay in the beginning. Everything has been 5 times better since then.

I bought their monthly plan, for this package leverage is 1:4. But when i face real trading on their mt5 i got leverage just 1:1 , i contacted with them and they said this leverage is controlled by there bot. I could only open 0.11 on XAUUSD, no more trade. That clearly means leverage is less than 1:1. I requested them to check this issue, they again said leverage is controlled by there bot and i need to contact with there broker. I contacted with broker, they said that all good and my account leverage is 1:4 set, then i said if that then i could must open more lot size than 0.11. But i never can open more than 0.11. In my view they are just a scammer for monthly plan as i did not tried their other plan and i do not refer to anyone TCF.

I purchased a 50k Evaluation account and I cleared both phases and I got a live account, but after 5% drawdown trade was auto close and they were not responding with me. After 10 days I got mail and the Risk Review team said you violated the rule. When I purchase then I choose positive days so they told me every 5% drawdown account will be checked by the Risk Review team which one is not mentioned in rule as well as not in contract. And I use less than 1% risk for every trade, still they said risk assessment is not good and they pulled my account.If you think I use more risk then give me at least 1 risk warning but they didn't do nothing just pulled my account. One of the worst experiences I had.
