My story with Traders Central started in December 2021 On 31st December I started my trading journey with them. On 28th February I received my first ever payout from prime bridge. I had been looking for a firm with a public channel and an open communication platform. And traders central happened to be that one company to give me that. Their customer support, customer service is excellent and recommended. I'd proudly say, I reached this stage due to their support and commitment to all of us. Traders Central is legit. I requested a payout on February 28th. This was followed by a professional email acknowledging my request. The next day I received payment. Excellent customer service!

Received another split I'm glad I joined traders central platform. Experience has been super exciting from day one. I've purchased a challenge account in January after receiving my first split on the monthly subscription. Upgraded to 50k monthly. And received my split for February from prime bridge. Challenge account hasn't been great due to few opportunities in the markets. So I had to request a free retry. Looking forward to passing it this time. Trader central is a scam. They run ponzi scheme. They take account subscription fee and will never send you live account after passing the challenge. They don't respect their policy as a company because they are not competent. I will poste my evidence.
They have a stupid rule they didn’t tell me about passed the challenge fine then got this from risk review “Hello after reviewing your statement I noticed you did not reduce your lot size to the max of 75% but went below this threshold unfortunately this is a violation of our policy. We can offer you to retry the stage or to refund your one time fee. Looking forward to your reply.” I replied to their painfully slow customer service messaged them on telegram for a refund got nothing back waste of time and money
Traders Central , have wonderful customer service, I have just finished communicating with One of the customer service worker called Oliver , and she /he is really amazing,my all important questions were answered well and very fast am looking forward this Saturday to buy the $50K account. You are just amazing.

My 200k live account was closed due to a bug in their system which they admitted a month after, about different users using same EA. More than 40 trades were flagged due to the EA, I have reached out to the risk team through telegram and site, I was ignored. They seem keen on not wanting to give me my back account or refund me. I guess I will move to another firm. Thank you for the wasted time and money
Worst customer service you will ever experience. I brought up an issue with the broker closing 2 of my traders resulting in losses back in mid Jan. Customer service do nothing but tell me to message Risk Desk which has never done anything to resolve the issue and nor are they responding to follow. It is excruciatingly painful dealing with Traderscentral and hope to move to another funding program once I receive my first withdrawal.And this is not the only negative customer service experience I have had. Even after telling them that Risk Desk has not resolved my issue, they tell me to message them again. How on earth is that a solution. If you haven't put money here, kindly look into other funding platforms

Customer service is useless, Email messages aren't replied back, their servers are useless...glitches when you take trades. It's like they intentionally want you to fail. I've never seen a useless prop firm as this. They are not considerate of their partners and they delay accounts. Am thoroughly disgusted by this firm's professionalism. You don't even deserve a star rating.

Mar 01,2022Hello guys! I reached the second phase on my OTF Challenge and as we all know we have 60 days to finish the second phase and reach our target. If you check TCF website you'll see on the Trading rules column this rule: In case you achieve the profit target before the minimum required trading day You can only reduce your lot size by up to 75% of the average lot size used on all of your challenge trades until now. You can’t use 0.01 lot sizes or any amount lower than one-fourth of the average lot size used till now on your challenge. You will also be expected to trade normally on the reduced lot size to not by pass the minimum day rule. so what I did is that I started trading the first 10 days by opening quick trades with a 0.1 lots and closing it after few seconds or minutes and I didn't care that ill lose 10 days from my overall 60days because we have much time left to achieve our target. TCF rule is that we cant Reduce our lot size more than 75% of our average lot size used on all our trades taken during the challenge and thats what I didn't do. anyway after the first 10 days of the challenge ended I started trading normally. I got into a drawdown and had only 5 days to finish my challenge and I normally risk 1% per trade when im taking a challenge with a propfirm and 0.5% or 0.25% when I have a funded account but because I only had 5 days left to finish my second phase and I was in a drawdown I started to risk 1.5% on one trade which I managed to recover my losses. and on the second day I risked 2% on a single trade and thankfully I achieved my Profit target and successfully passed the challenge. on my dashboard everything is achieved and the only thing left is the silly risk review sh that needs to review my account and even if you pass the challenge they will still have the power not to send you your funded account and thats what happened you can check the email I received from the risk review team after at least a week because they have a really bad support team that takes ages to send you your review and even your account details if you buy a challenge with them. They told me that they will be refunding my challenge fees which will take ages im pretty sure of that and to be honest I don't give a sh about the money I only give a sh about the time and stress and anxiety wasted during the challenge. I don't recommend this propfirm to anyone especially because of their sh support team and sh*itt*y risk review and hidden rules. Email I received: Hello Khaled! We regret to inform you that your account: 100242 has failed to pass the risk review process. Please find reason the below. Reason: Hello after reviewing your statement I noticed you did not trade normally as you would, to allow us to access you but rather you quickly opened and close the trade to by pass the minimum trading days requirement rule. The order size was varying extremely from 0.01- 94.37. Unfortunately this is a violation of our policy and we expect traders to trade normally as they would once they are funded. We can offer you refund your one time fee. You should be able to see refund processed in a few working days. Ps: I trade with a 1.5 too 3 pip sl thats why my lot sizes are big and thats a 100k challenge. Just to reply to your comment: Yes I do take very high lots but thats because I trade with a 1pip maximum 2 pip sl and the highest risk I took is 2% per trade and yes 2% risk per trade is a lot but I only had 5 trading days to reach my 4% target thats why.
