Feb 09,2022I joined their OTF instant this week. I'm here solely for the customer support appreciation. I started a live chat conv with their support on Sunday. Asked a lot of questions and support answered with patience and calmness. I was quite pleased to be honest that's why am writing them a Review. Other than that, their model seems super impressive. I'll check back in in a few days if I make something by 14th. I fully recommend their customer support. Nice discounts too. Can't complain. Thanks Tc

Feb 08,2022Best customer service I recently joined their platform. Haven't purchased a plan yet, but their customer support has been super exciting and promising. Planning on getting a plan with them. Currently on a free trial to check the spreads, which seem quite great as I see it. What I've liked is creativity seeing how their client portal appears makes me excited for what they might be able to offer in the future. I hear they're coming up with their own social features and tools. I'll make more recommendation once I join one of their plans. Genuinely saying this from the bottom of my heart 💖💓. Feb 08,2022I checked the dashboard on February 4 2022 and saw Group Trading Warning! I do not belong to any group or copy trades. I trade on my own and trade at home at work or on the train on the way to work or home.My work pattern alternate weekly so Bagley should mostly see my home and work IP addresses and alternating weekly. Secondly I scalp taking trades based on directions and closing trades mostly after small movement in the chosen direction. That is why I take many trades per day. Traders Central Fund about 13 days ago accused me of Group Trading and disabled my account I published on Trustpilot and they said they did manual check and gave this account. The account disabled was in profit but I was given a new account and have to start from zero profit. Moreover investigation took one week of lost trading days. Now the new account is over 50% in profit and Bagley is accusing me of Group Trading again. I reiterate I do not trade with anyone. Many traders are complaining on TCF Telegram channel of been flagged for Group trading when they like me say they trade by themselves. TCF say group trading is between at least two TCF traders I do not know or relate with anyone that has account with Trader Central Fund regarding trading. The rule is based on about 0.02% of Traders Central Fund traders i.e 2 traders out of 10000 cf Telegram Channel members Therefore Bagley probability of correctness is very very low causing traders to lose their money unjustly and making Trader Central Fund look dodgy and a scam. One will expect a company based in Canada to be above board in using software using extremely low probability to jeopardise people financially.

Feb 04,2022Simply horrible, from the delay in making the account available for trading, it took 5 days, to the account that came wrongly configured to my request, an absurd commission that I asked to be changed, another 5 days and nothing to change, now a signaling that I do group trading, this is impossible I simply make my trades using EAs and I manage myself, I feel that I was deceived.

Jan 29,2022I find myself anchored for 200k after passing the otf challenge, during the test everything was very good and transparent. Now that I have my account funded, I run into the problem that my orders are limited because surprisingly there seem to be lot size restrictions. this did not occur during the test. So far I have not received a concrete answer. I give 3 stars until I receive a response or these restrictions are resolved. Last update, the lot size bug has been resolved. I find myself waiting for my first payment. about 6k i give 5 stars. february 11 2022
