If TCF can work on these 2 things; 1. Make profit split payments available thru different methods because crypto only is not convenient for many people in different countries 2. Reduce the lead time a trader has to wait before getting their new plan account login details to start trading. (more than 24hrs waiting) I have no doubt this will be a great company to work with Some of the good things I like about TCF; 1. Responsive customer care. 2. Good price discounts on accounts purchases 3. Fast execution 4. Unlimited retries on challenges as long as you stay in a net profit side and not violate any rules

Great Experience, Support on Telegram is fast and reliable. Going through every stage of the challenge was automatic and reviews done before i've noticed i've passed the challenge. I've passed the challenge in holiday period so new credentials took up to 3 days but they are always on time and do deliver. I've received first payout today and looking forward for many more to come. Thanks Traders Central

I would like to thank mr Rob in particular and the risk review room in general. The first time I signed up for the Tcf fund challenge. I had a lot of problems because of the language barrier, but fortunately, I had a very enthusiastic support team. I am about to get a $100,000 account now. I hope everything will be fine! SherylTC is the best support Traders central fund has. She is quick to assist and works super hard. She's the absolute best. My issue was with an account not showing info to login in and she was able to assist me by forwarding my issue to the correct department. Appreciated.

My experience with TCF has been quite interesting, not without challenges though. Their hard working customer support team, doing their best to keep up with the tons of messages and questions. Permit me to share my encounter with a support staff I consider the best among equals. I had mistakenly made an underpayment via crypto (being my first time) and days passed without any response from TCF. Panic stricken I began to reach out to different support members privately. Four of them requested for the same thing, my coinbase receipt. Unfortunately, no receipt was sent to me after payment. All effort made to explain I didn't get any receipt after payment didn't make sense. It was obvious, I was the first person to ever make such a claim. I became very angry and frustrated, went to the public telegram channel and began to rant. Nothing came out as I was plainly told, without a coinbase receipt, my payment could not be tracked. Whose responsibility was it to issue me one? I kept asking without an answer. I had no idea what the receipt even looked like. I concluded my money was gone. But some how I decided to make one last effort, so I slide in the dm of this fifth support guy. I think he is a Robot because he seems to have a solution to all TCF customers problems. I explained to him and he told me, I should attempt to make contact with coinbase. How? I asked. He was very patient, diligent and calm. He went on their site, did some screenshots and forwarded to me with a link. So, I reached out to coinbase and boom! a miracle. My receipt was forwarded after some days and today I have my funded account after paying my balance. All through this time, he kept in touch, asking about my progress. So, I suggested to him to do a training for other support staff. A big shout out to you Rob (TCF Support), you restored not only my cash but my confidence in TCF.

Constant issues with dashboard The support team I would rate them 70% out of 100 I am not okay with how the lot sizes changes from what is on the website But I have learned to work with it All in all my experience with traders central fund….I will rate them 65/100 I got my payout of 1300$ and that I am so happy Thank you everyone

It's my pleasure to say a few things about Traders Central Funds. I understand it work in progress,however improvement is needed in the area of accounts funding process, withdrawal process and customer service. The system should become more user-friendly, automated, so much is done manually, there are things one can't do to scale to the next phase until you have communicated with the Admin.

I passed stage 1 on Dec 30th and still waiting for my 2nd account to start with stage 2. I have contacted them by telegram (Lanre TCF Help) and all I receive from a them that my account will be automatically reviewed in 24 h after I reach a target. Today is the 5th and nothing happened yet. My overview and portfolio on my account management on their website it's not even updated with my real numbers on mt5. I have contacted them on website through general chat and they said they were on break for holidays, I guess the still on holidays... Poor Service.... Very poor service... Also asked them on telegram how can I complain and never received an answer all they say is be patient...
