Aug 17,2021Hello. So this is my second withdrawal with TCF and must I say, I am very pleased with it. They actually do pay out guys. This is one of the Prop Firms whom you can trust. Just as long as you’re profitable you’ll get your share. They have an amazing Customer Service team who is always willing to help. I just wish they had more withdrawal payout methods to offer. I had an issue, being locked out of my account/funds, after payment was made, and further issues with customer support by means of 1) not getting thorough answers with clarity and 2) being ignored and not getting answers altogether from certain available support channels. TCF did eventually rectify the issues, all of the listed issues in my previous review. Which I was very thankful for, and appreciated greatly. After a long day of cat and mouse trying to get responses and answers with clarity and explanations so a customer would understand what had happened, how to avoid the same issues from happening again in the future, the 'risk desk' support channel (one of few limited available support channels for all their customers) actually was kind and thorough enough to explain things to me, including clarity on how to avoid the same issues in the future, which was very much appreciated, and done professionally. Unfortunately, realizing that this took a long day of asking multiple times, on every available but limited support channels they offer on telegram, and finally getting answers and clarity from the 'risk desk' channel, it is an unfortunate truth that their actual 'help' 'support' channels are where the people answering your questions simply don't answer with clarity, at times completely ignore customers' inquiries altogether, not just once. Having said that, again, the fact that at least one of the available channels to reach out to (their 'risk desk' channel, meant for risk related issues i believe, although I could be wrong) was very helpful, very clear, is amazing support. It would be great to see their actual 'support/help' channels had the same integrity, professionalism, and willingness to help. So thanks to TCF and the 'risk desk' for great service and customer support, and I sincerely hope to see improvements on their actual 'help/support' channels staff.

When it came time for my withdrawal they were able to deliver the same day it was deducted from my trading account. PROS: -Great scaling plan - Best profit split in the industry 85% - Great website CONS: - Spread are bad can be way better - Customer service need to be improve - The process to start your challenge is too long you can wait 3-4 days to just receive your demo account to start your challenge when they say 24h Great potential for this prop firm but need improvements to be in the top rank for prop firm.

Aug 10,2021Bonjour, je suis un trader débutant algerien, et je pense que TCF est une énorme opportunité de construire un fort capital a base de notre performance sur le marché, et ce grace a leur multiple plan varier et tres équillibré qui laisser au trader le choix de trader selon sont style et de dégager une marge de manœuvre conséquente et ce pour un asse faible cout ( et je sais de quoi je parle), le support est impec, rapid et performant, je conseillerais TCF a n'importe quel trader qui ce sans confiant dans ca manière de trader mais qui manque de capacité d'investissement.
