Oct 05,2022Although I was not able to pass the challenge, I would like to say it is the best firm in prop firm industry, best part is its drawdown rules are better than any prop firm out here and profit is reachable , there are no lot size limits! Customer service is gold! Would def buy again

Oct 05,2022I have been with Traders Central a while. Efficiency is not the best a lot of times, which is pretty evident from the telegram group. However, the major selling point is that they're about the cheapest prop firm with perks to also get discounts. As at sometime two weeks ago, I had about 7,500 TCTs. Then I came in on a particular day to claim TCTs as per the daily ritual. I clicked a number of times but I didn't get the claim confirmation page that usually pops up. I left the page only to come back the next day to see that I had some more TCTs. I went ahead to purchase the "Skip phase 1" perk. I continued claiming after that and then I came in one day to see my TCT balance at -8,000. I asked Rob, and he said it'll be checked in 3 working days. I asked again about 4 days later, and he insinuated I did a fraudulent TCT transaction. I asked for an explanation, telling him I had about 7,500 at that time (how then will you put me at -8,000 for an issue that was from your end???. Why not just account for the TCTs you think your glitch dropped on me?. He banned me from chatting on the group, and blocked me in PM. I chat up Edidem and he said I have to repay 8k TCTs... Lol From a glitch that was on you that couldn't have gotten me more than 500 TCTs to pushing me to -8,000. TRADERS CENTRAL IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PROP FIRM. Receipts are present Twitter: @TunjiMike1

Oct 02,2022Received 2nd withdraw from TCF it is super fast on 2nd withdraw i have applied on 28 Sept 2022 and money arrived with in 24 hours. Reminder make sure you have to have a crypto wallet if you withdraw less then $2500.

Oct 01,2022I made $1,288 in 50k account and upon request for withdrawal the account was suspended. Without any violation of the rules reason to comment do not have the money to pay . If I'm wrong let the company manager speak here and I will send screenshots of all my trades. I hope traders do not rush and buy challenges Support was sent and they replied that they did not know the reason for the ban and said if send to the group will be disqualifie u . I have screenshots while send to support This message was posted on telegram and I got kicked out of the group

Sep 30,2022Great customer support! They are always available 24/5. I have had 2 withdrawals with them with no issues. Prime Bridge is a great company! They are more affordable than other prop firms with greater leverage on the challenge accounts. I look forward to trading with them for a long time.

Sep 17,2022I joined this Prop Firm because of their low fees. However, after buying the first challenge account with them, I failed it. I took a break and when I'll resume, I forgot the password I used. So I had to open another account with another email. I also failed the challenge in that account. But in the meantime, I was able to recover the previous password. So then I moved on to resume with my first account with them. Then I transferred some tokens that I had mined from the new account to the old account so I could buy a challenge with the old one. Unfortunately again, I failed the challenge and so the circle continued for a long time until recently. Now after buying several accounts with this firm, I was able to pass their challenge and received a contract form. I filled this contract and received the login details for a live funded account days later. I started trading this account and made close to 8% profit. On the 14th of September, I placed a withdrawal request and the amount was deducted from my account same day. Next day, being the 15th of September, I received an account closure email. Reason? This Prop firm claimed that I sent TC tokens between two accounts that I operate. Now, while it is true that I sent TC tokens between the accounts, it only happened once and that was a very Long time ago. If it is a crime to send tokens, why was it not stated in the first place? When I received the account contract form, there was nothing in relation to transfer of token being a ban able offense. Also, if it is true, why wasn't I told at the point where I was screened between the phases? Why wasn't I told when I was buying several accounts? Why must this issue of TC tokens transfer come up now that I have become funded and want a withdrawal? Why allow me to waste my hours, days, weeks and month to dedicated trading only to be denied my payment at the withdrawal stage? Why is this company coming up with this at this stage? I want you guys to contact me and sort this out. I need my payment and you guys have no right whatsoever to deny my payout after putting so much effort and dedication by waking up early to trade and staying up. I deserve your attention @Shaun Opoku, the CEO of TCF.

Sep 16,2022Unfortunately after having nothing but good words to say about this company the day came where i wanted to withdraw $2000 from my $50k instant account, and i was excited to write a great review, but here we are......... There is a lot of bugs and issues within the Traders Central website, and yesterday it became apparent that when you try to redeem your daily TCTs it wouldn't allow you to, instead each click added 50 TCT into your account it, which i only found out later in the day once i logged into the website through my PC. Unknowingly i kept clicking thinking it was my 4G connection not updating the website. I then contacted RobTC (Support Moderator) at 3pm UK through Telegram who was aware of the issue, and his response was as follows. ME - "Can i send you the tokens that are on my account from the bug? Or will they be removed when office opens?" RobTC - "They'll be removed once the bug is fixed" NO MENTION OF THEIR WEBSITE ISSUE RESULTING IN MEMBERS ACCOUNTS BEING BANNED OR SUSPENDED. Along with a lot of other members we have all had our accounts suspended and for no real fault other than their own. The TCT Bug couldn't benefit anyone or be used as an advantage/gain as all TCT purchases go through a screening process to check where they have come from before being accepted. The origin of this bug was a fault of TC themselves, it isn't as though members somehow hacked into the code or used multiple accounts to gain TCTs, it was an issue from their side. It does make you wonder if this was purposely done to avoid having to payout some of their traders ????? At around 8:30pm 15/09/22 i was unable to log into my account to monitor my open trades. I have sent an email to appeal this matter but to my surprise i haven't received a response. I expect many other traders that have been stung by this banning spree will be writing their review based on experience over the coming days. All i can ask Traders Central to do is take responsibility/ownership for their errors and wrong-doing; make things right and reinstate those accounts and payouts Feel free to reach out to me and come to a resolution and i will happily edit my review, up until yesterday I've had nothing but good things to say.
