After attempting to set up and then attending a tradeshow with the backdrop working we eventually figured out how to properly piece together. Unfortunate that the instructions were not the most intuitive, and the set up time is longer than past backsrops, but overall the design and quality is very good. After talking with tradeshowdirect support I would buy from here again, but pay more attention to assembly requirements and instructions. They were very helpful in supporting us.
Excellent customer service. When an item was out of stock they upgraded to a similar product so I would receive my order in time for the show.

TradeShowDirect was wonderfully helpful. I work for a super small company where I wear many hats - may of the things I do, I have no experience with at all. My having to create signs for a trade show was no exception to this. My initial vision for our signs were done in Word which I saved as PDF. The Sales Manager not only told me that these images were not high enough quality for print, but pointed me in the right direction as to where I could re-create them to make them top-notch. Once I created my signs they helped me to make sure they were in the correct format, and gave me tips to make sure they looked lovely. Hats off to TradeShow Direct - can't wait to see the final result!

Great company to work with. We had a shipping problem and our items arrived damaged (not their fault) and they were very helpful in rushing out the replacement parts we needed in time for our show while simultaneously filing a shipping claim.
