Sep 15,2023I have just completed steps 1-3 at tradeskills4u warrington. The course was exactly how it was sold to me and i am happy with what ive achieved. The tutors are knowledgeable and actually good at teaching. Customer services were excellent.

Sep 12,2023Course was delivered at a steady pace and everyone was allowed to work at their own pace so there was no rushing through tasks.when you were happy with your work tutor would make a visual inspection and if there was any problems he would go through what you had done and explain what you had done.

Sep 10,2023I have recently passed my AM2, end point assessment, after previously completing all 4 steps with Trade Skills 4 U. Having no qualifications before starting my diploma, I am very pleased at the pace I was able to complete all 4 steps. The support has been fantastic, with special mention to my step 4 assessor, Troy. He was able to tailor certain parts of the NVQ to my needs which were slightly unorthodox in relation to a typical apprentice.

Sep 01,2023Found on the whole that the experience was good, the lecturers were very knowledgeable and delivered the course at a rate that was not too fast that it was difficult to take in. They were always willing to answer questions when asked.

Aug 30,20233 of us from the same company attended a safe isolation course. The course content was what we expected and the trainer Michael was very thorough and answered any questions we had. The only downside is I do feel that more could be done to speed up the day. We had finished all the learning part of the day before lunch, leaving the assessment for the afternoon. As they only assessed in pairs it took 3 hours of sitting around before the last of us got assessed for a 20 minute assessment.

Aug 30,2023This company attempted to bind me to a gagging clause in their agreement to refund £1050 (i.e., 50% of my course fees). I refused and filed a claim in the small claims courts. Trade Skills 4U then refunded the money without their gagging clause. I wonder how many other people could and should claim, not just from this provider but from other providers as well. I found this company to be disingenuous towards their customers. They knew that the awarding body were changing the entry requirements to the solar panel and EV charger courses, from part 1 of the level 2 diploma to NVQ level 3. Although they knew this they did not communicate this to prospective students whilst continuing to take their money, hence they knowingly mislead people. This was certainly from April 2023 to June 2023. When I complained they just whitewashed the complaint. When I informed them that I would be looking into taking legal action, they just ignored it. They hope to hide behind bluffs and just carry on behaving in this way. Its exactly the sort of conduct that motivate me to do something about it, which I am in the process of. No one is blaming tradeskills4U for the change made by BPEC, though tradeskills4U keep relying on that as their defence. There is no false statement here, their internal complaint was a whitewash, blaming everyone else but themselves for not taking down their original adverts, which stated that after completing step1, a student could move on to the EV & Solar panel modules, when they knew that this was changing and they continued to advertise this right into June, when the change had already taken place at the beginning of May. Their primary interest is in getting money out of people first and then denying any wrong doing thereafter.

Aug 29,20231. The location of the Coventry center was perfect as public transport was accessible. 2. My exams were well organized and friendly invigilation and booking staff 3. The tutor was very friendly and took his time to explain the calculations until everybody understood.
