Apr 21,2023Really responsive and helpful advise when choosing a holiday and once chosen, Sheree was personable, attentive and communicative throughout the process, highlighting all the extras available in our package and then putting us in touch with the Travelbeam Concierge team to make sure all our restaurants/spa etc was booked well in advance - this was seamless. We have used Travelbeam many times before but more than ever, its first class service is something to be treasured as it's not always a given these days in most walks of life. Thank you!

I had made an enquiry or 2 a few years ago but hadn't booked anything until this week and i would say it is almost entirely due to the great travel sales person I dealt with, Melissa. She was really great...helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, she listened, gave honest advice and seemed to genuinely be invested in me finding the right holiday for me and my family. I was so impressed with her and because of her will definitely plan to use Travelbeam in the future.

She provided us with a few different options to help us make our decision. It is also helpful that she had already visited the resort we chose with her family which always is beneficial when going somewhere new, and offered to recommend and reserve some restaurants for us. We will definitely be in touch again when organising our next break away.

Feb 24,2023Sherre is fantastic nothing too much trouble for her, I've used Travelbeam before their hotels are true luxury with great staff and glorious food. Ive no hesitation in using them again. She listened and answered all my questions re -assuming me throughout the booking process, more importantly I could always speak to her directly, no transferring me to other people first. Most importantly polite but never pushy, a really great "we can do that no problem" she spoke to the Hotel herself to arrange for our stay and found the most suitable flights for us. Best of all not unhelpful rep when you get there. Just call Travelbeam!!! 😀 Barbara
