Jul 15,2020I booked my flight and the flight is cancelled due covid pandemic. I am sending emails since 2 months and don't receive any answers. Instead it shows me a flight to a total other destination. I understand things going very slow at the moment but I didn't even receive 1 answer at all. Very bad service
