Jul 30,2017Easy to deal with- their internet site is easy to navigate and the delivery service is second to none! The quality of goods is exceptional and a good price. The pre-paid label option is a great idea, so easy- i have used this and it works just fine. They have a no fuss returns policy and are quick to issue refunds. I would definitely recommend these to my friends and family, and will use again myself!

Jul 29,2017I bought a number of items at treds including a pair of shoes that were marked as "last pair" £39.99 but when I got home I found I had been charged £59.99. I went back to the shop in Hastings and was told they couldn't do anything about it as they had the wrong sticker on - I was not satisfied so I asked for a refund. It was not an acceptable resolution to my problem and we buy frequently from treds.

Jul 28,2017Timberland ladies size 8 were offered on eBay, purchased by us, sent out by tReds. The problem was, they sent men's size 8.5, so not much good. We had to drive 6 miles to post them back. We then waited and waited and waited, no delivery was forthcoming. We finally sent them a reminder after about 10 days. We were told that they could not locate the item and were finally refunded the purchase price. Of course, no one makes up for the time it took me to post the item not the mileage covered. So, we are not happy.
