Jan 28,2024I ordered an Equidry coat for my daughter, I rang the company to ensure that the coat was in stock and when I would likely receive the item. The staff member was incredibly helpful and as luck would have it the postman was waiting for the deliveries! I explained what I wanted so the staff got the item out whilst I paid on line and handed it straight to the postman! They even rang me back as I’d ordered the wrong colour! I received my item the next day!! Thank you so much!

Jan 10,2024Fantastic Customer Service from Treehouse Online. Ordered a hat cover which was a little too big and called to check on a replacement . So helpful in advising what they had in stock to what I was looking for. Really friendly team and nothing was too much trouble, even for something small! Returned the cover on the Friday and confirmed in my return the replacement. Received the refund for the difference on the Monday and by the Wednesday received the replacement. I called to thank them for such great Customer Service as this has been far the best received, especially post Christmas. I would certainly recommend this company and will definitely use in the future. Thank you Treehouse Online X

Dec 06,2023This company gave such good service. I ordered the wrong unicorn toy (my fault entirely) and when I called that assured me the correct one was in stock and they could swap. I had to pay for my own return postage (fair enough) but they paid to send out the replacement. And all this within 2/3 days. The product is also very good quality.

Sep 02,2023I ordered the Le Mieux Vector Stirrups on Amazon, supplied by Treehouse Sporting Colours, for my wife’s anniversary present and although I have been told they have been dispatched there is no record of the parcel. I paid next day delivery and have been told to wait 10 days for delivery. I would be surprised if they haven’t been dispatched at all. Needless to say I have now bought a pair from Le Mieux directly who do not charge for delivery. Really disappointing.

Feb 04,2023I ordered a browband which was beautifully made in the colours of my choice. Unfortunately it was too small so I had to return it for an exchange to a larger size. I have now received my larger browband which looks amazing. So pleased with the quality of the product and the service from Treehouse

Jan 19,2023I bought a coat for a Christmas present from London International Horse Show, there was a faulty zip and I thought it was going to be hard work getting replaced given there is no local shop to me. I contacted Treehouse, and the service and returns / replacement process was speedy and the Christmas gift is ready for its first outing! Thanks for your help.

Dec 22,2022They were very knowledgeable and demonstrated how to replace the gas cylinder on the air vest. When I returned home I found the saddle strap was missing, I phoned up and it was sent immediately and I received it the next day. Will definitely use them again.

Nov 25,2022First Class Customer Service. I ordered an item through Amazon to be supplied by Treehouse. Treehouse phoned me the next day to apologise that they did not have that size in stock and refunded my payment immediately. A couple of days later they phoned again to say they had located the item in the required size and would I like to re-order it. They also bypassed Amazon and took payment directly with the parcel despatched almost immediately and arrived the following day. I have to say I am extremely impressed with their service and attention to an new customer. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Nov 07,2022I have just received a Gallop neck cover from Treehouse. I haven't tried it on the horse yet but I'm pleased with it so far. The goods were dispatched promptly, Treehouse provided delivery information and the goods were well packaged and arrived in good condition. I haven't ordered from them before but I'm pleased with this service

Online this time as we are sadly a bit too far to visit but a helpful phone call regarding boot sizes and a swift delivery of our order proved a second great experience. Thanks for all of your help. I am sure we will be back when she needs more new kit! ❤

Treehouse's phone answered on the 2nd ring and they couldn't have been more helpful, going out of they're way to sort my mistake. A UK company, with exemplary customer service, I would highly recommend.

Jun 21,2022Found some track breeches for cheaper than other places, ordered them friday evening and paid nearly £10 for them to be delivered by royal mail on monday, nothing turned up and the tracking number supplied was incorrect, £9.52 is extortionate for 2 day delivery and then for it not to arrive in time. Normally treehouse are good and have had many good experiences in the past but really let down
