Jan 14,2022Brilliant company to deal with......I ordered a Charles Owen halo riding hat for my daughter, but Charles Owen suffered delays in getting parts...in turn this delayed my order but Treehouse kept me fully informed and when I was unsure as to what size lining my daughter would need they sent me one size which came with the hat and the next size up FOC complete with returns paid paperwork, hat arrived very quickly when they came back in stock and well packaged, thank you for your trust and thank you for your wonderful service.....I will be highly recommending you to my equestrian friends.

Product arrived earlier than expected and packaged beautifully. Delighted! would definitely use tree house again!! Very happy customer.

Jun 13,2020Daughter broke the zip on her body protector on Wednesday evening. Body protector needed for jumping on Saturday. After realising it could not be repaired we needed a new one urgently. Called Treehouse on Thursday Morning, new one was in stock. Ordered on line with express delivery - new body protector received within 24hrs of me having ordered it. Fantastic service, thank you and all of this achieved during lock down, amazing.
