Feb 26,2023I’ve ordered from a few shops and I have received everything from the shops I have ordered and paid with Trill. Some shops say they accept payments with Trill and send out the product when the cash outs are working. Last night we stayed in a hotel and we had lots of food and drink. Everything paid with Trill. I’m very happy

Feb 02,2022They are scammers or purely incompetent at this point. I placed an order for a large Mortality sweater during October 2021 it’s February now no update in sight and no refund. The tracking they give just reroutes to a help screen their support doesn’t respond anymore at this point I want my money back and a report to the better business bureau is underway.

Jan 12,2022Made an order in may of 2020, still haven’t received any items from trill marketplace. The original order was refunded with a gift voucher for a second order which still has not arrived . It has been 8 months since we gave trill marketplace money ($300 Australian dollars)

Dec 28,2021Twice I have ordered goods that were never delivered after more than 1 month waiting. I would advise not to order anything through this platform. I have had to disputes charges with my credit card company to get my money back

Dec 10,2021I ordered a sweater in early October… it’s early December and I haven’t received anything. I’ve contacted Trill and they tell me they’ll get back to me with a status on the order…. and nothing happens. I’m incredibly disappointed with this company.
